Pennywise’s Sleep Cycle in Derry 🤡
IT: Welcome to Derry left me scratching my head about Pennywise’s 27-year sleep cycle. The show added those weird shards and a military plot, but still didn’t explain why Pennywise wakes up only sometimes. Is it just cosmic rules, or did the writers make it up for drama? It's an original fact from Stephen King’s novel. I consider it as Pennywose does not “sleep” while he is active he is consistently draining the fear and life from the children of Derry while changing forms and manipulating reality. He must have to cycle and restore somehow?! But I guess too, that it's left to interpretation or a method to keep the audience in suspense of “is it really the end of Pennywise”
