The woman, who reached 122 years, credited none of her longevity to strict health habits.
She reportedly smoked, drank wine, and enjoyed chocolate every day, outliving her family by decades.

genetics play a big role in longevity and it has really nothing to do with diet and exercise.

I am convinced that if you truly don't give a fuck you can make it to 100 or more. The people who eat well, don't drink or smoke, lift weights, and run 5 miles a day drop dead at 50.

Society always want us to think that Cancer is only caused by smoking. In reality we are all susceptible to coming down with Cancer at any point. it is in certain food ingredients, environment, products and services we use everyday. The U.S. is one of the greediest countries in the world, we are not safe if U.S. can make a dollar. Don't leave out certain prescription medicine, non stick pots & pans, some CPAP machines can be
cancer causing. Oh don't forget tap water. We are sitting ducks.💕

I wish we could finally find a way to help us all live a couple hundred years! I feel like humans are really close to turning the next corner in our evolution and futuristic cities and inventions that we only have in our sci-fi movies for the moment! I want to live long enough to see a glimpse of what we are going to become...🤔
