Big changes are brewing downtown—Bitty & Beau’s Coffee may have closed, but the same local owners are transforming the space into Shiloh Trading Company, a western-inspired bistro with a bigger vision. They’re keeping their commitment to employing people with disabilities, but now they’re adding more food options and creating real opportunities for staff to grow and advance.
