Flew southwest for years. Dealt with connecting flights cause we had to visit every mud puddle in the US. Now every person in Texas has to go to Love and wait for late flights. I quit years ago. I loved Colleen and Herb. They abandoned their core values. Bag fees are not worth an airline which is not price competitive.

I have flown Southwest for years and put up with their crazy flight changes, but no longer. If I am going to pay for bags, I will just pick airlines with better flight schedules. The last time I flew they changed my time and route anyway. I had good reasons for scheduling the route I picked.

I flew sw with my family of 6 since 2017,not anymore.price of tickets plus luggage, can't afford it plus psy for a seat, I'm not gonna be seated away from my family when I fly and I'm not gonna psy extra to do so.sw can go where the sun don't shine.its cherper to drive now.so back to the old fashioned way
