Rou Mofty’s journey from globe-trotting adventurer to double amputee and cancer survivor is nothing short of incredible. After surviving leukemia and sepsis, Rou lost both hands and part of her legs—but she’s now using her story to push for real change. Working with the nonprofit “So Everybody Can Move,” she’s helping pass laws so insurance covers prosthetics for active living, making a huge difference for amputees, especially kids. Rou’s determination to get back to the ocean and Balboa Park is inspiring. How do you think our community can better support people facing these challenges? #Health #BodyHealth #SanDiego
