Just read a wild study: people with high psychopathic traits are over 9 times more likely to develop schizophrenia than those with low traits. Even folks with moderate traits had a much higher risk. The researchers looked at hospital records in Finland and found a strong link, but keep in mind, these were people already getting forensic psych evaluations.
