Why couldn’t you get him for trespassing? You need to tell your son to try calling Police first or better yet you. Harassment on your own property , shouldn’t happen . Also what time ? Day or night? I would call disturbing the peace, harassment and trespassing.to Police. Tell your son not to be a hothead either. I understand his patience had been worn. I’ve been there….. not getting stabbed but thank goodness! I think leaving the fool standing outside with no feedback would probably have turned out differently. It’s not fun to harass by yourself!
