An 8-seat restaurant with an 18-course Mexican tasting menu is coming to RiNo, led by Michelin-starred chefs Johnny and Kasie Curiel. What’s wild is they’re taking masa—corn dough—to a whole new level, sourcing heritage corn grown near Boulder and nixtamalizing it in-house, just like it’s been done for thousands of years. Guests will move from a cold counter to a fermentation room, ending at a hot counter for masa-based dishes. With only eight guests at a time, this feels more like an intimate dinner party than a typical night out. Would you try it? #Food #DenverEats #RiNo
