🔍 Seeking justice often gets tangled in cycles of blame and avoidance. My brain 🧠 neurons get fired 👉 Maybe , just maybe, true justice involves acknowledging harm, understanding its impact, and working toward healing. How does taking responsibility differ from assigning fault? 🤔 Taking responsibility involves acknowledging one's role in a situation and committing to make things right. Where as assigning fault, on the other hand, often focuses on blame and punishment. From My experience America ( Reno, NV) loves pointing 'the finger'. 🤘 Think of it like this= - "I messed up. How can I fix it?" #accountability - "You made me do it. You're to blame." #assigningfault One promotes growth, the other perpetuates cycles🌕 🤝 Taking responsibility involves acknowledging our actions, understanding their impact, and making amends. How can we shift from assigning fault to taking responsibility? Acknowledge harm and recognize the impact of our actions. Then focus on solutions! Ask questions "What can I do to support you and help?" instead of "Who's to blame here?" Actually listen actively👉 Hear others' perspectives and validate their feelings. Finally, make amends and take concrete steps to repair harm caused. We can make a difference 💐We can start a change 🌹and it starts with you... 🎍with me.
