Matthews-Mint Hill restaurants like Cottage Express and Harris Teeter’s deli scored high marks, with several places earning above 97. Even mobile food vendors in Charlotte’s 28212 area are keeping things clean—Armando’s Fruit hit a perfect 100. On the flip side, Island Flavors landed a 92.5, so there’s always room for improvement.
