If ever you feel like you can’t do something sometimes what you need is encouragement sometimes even encourage your own self if it’s something that makes you afraid maybe find someone to do it with and if you see someone afraid making fun of them doesn’t help them , encouragement and just being there can help them ,people react differently to different circumstances and they are their own worst judge so they don’t need judgment from others so if you see somebody with fear or having a panic attack and anxiety don’t make fun of them. It may be that you can help them through it and help them to have a better life because nobody wants to be held back by fear or anxiety or panic attacks. Everyone wants to live life normally.
