Why do some people believe in a general resurrection. Which they believe the only thing left to happen is for Christ to come back and all those living and that have died will be resurrected at one time to face the judgement? Then you have those who believe Christ will gather those just before what they refer to as the seven years of tribulations. Then you have those who believe Christ will gather them out at the mid-point of the seven years of tribulation. Then you have those who believe the church will go through the last seven years. Each group has an element of truth. But neither group has fully understood. In this post we will discuss each group. The problem is that one post can not answer all four groups. So I will spit them up into four posts. They will be titled The general resurrection. The Premillennialists Then you will see those who believe in the mid point of the last seven years.
