yes been there done that and you can get back out of it it's just a long hard road you really have to control your brain

After years of introspection, I’ve found, I’ve wasted too much time on people that do not share the same emotional bond (family) as I had for them. People pleasing is one of the biggest. Stay clear of narcissist they are actually dangerous people.
