FAITH — “Trust Me Before You See It” Jesus never defined faith abstractly. He embodied it. “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed… nothing will be impossible for you.” (Matthew 17:20) “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in Me.” (John 14:1) What Jesus Shows About Faith: • Faith is trust before evidence. • Faith is rest in the middle of uncertainty. • Faith is confidence in His character. When Peter walked on water (Matthew 14), the miracle was not the water holding him up — it was Jesus’ word: “Come.” Faith is stepping out because He spoke. In your poster, the grandparents watching the children play display this kind of faith. They have lived long enough to know storms come — yet they sit in peace. Why? Because faith matures. It learns that God has been faithful before. Faith says: “I don’t see the whole future — but I know the One who holds it.”
