If I’m vacationing in Spain, Italy, France, Central America, Germany, Saudi Arabia or South America, will I be required to speak the common language whether it’s Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic or German! If I apply for a job (long term stay for work-architect, engineer, doctor) and then decide I want to relocate and apply for permanent residency should I be required to speak the common language! What are your thoughts? I know to google language requirements in other counties!
