I used to move quietly through the world, reserved, guarded, careful with my words. But that quiet wasn’t emptiness. It was survival. I know what it feels like to be bullied. Not just by other kids, but by teachers who should have protected me. I know what it feels like to be targeted at school and then go home and still not feel safe from the same cruelty. When you grow up like that, you either shrink forever… or you decide one day that it ends with you. I chose that it ends with me. I will not stand by while people are mistreated, humiliated, or silenced. I will not tolerate tyranny dressed up as authority or corruption disguised as power. When I see injustice, I speak. When I see someone being bullied, I step in. I don’t care if you’re Republican, Democrat, MAGA, Independent, or none of the above, your safety and dignity matter. I may not agree with all your beliefs. I may challenge your values. But disagreement does not erase your humanity. If you’re being harmed, I will stand beside you. If you’re struggling, I will encourage you to rise stronger than what tried to break you. The old me learned how to survive. The new me knows how to fight, with courage, conviction, and clarity. I am not here to stay small. I am here to make sure no one else feels as alone as I once did.
