My Maternal Grandmother was a Polish Christian Holocaust Survivor and the only member of her family to survive. When my Nana was pulled off the cattle in Nazi Germany, she was told to go to the line to die. When the guard turned his back, a lady in the line for life pulled her into the line for life. My Nana tried to keep near her. But sadly, there was another selection. That lady who saved my Nana was sent to the line to die. We never knew her name, but my family and I remember her too this day 🥰🌸💕
