I have never been a follower, I speak my mind, and won't bow down to orgazational BS. With that being said, I would like to tell anyone who wants to know just to live your truth regardless of so called hierarchy practices. These people are just that.. people. Do not live in fear or ass kiss. You have talents, skills, opinions and truth. Don't fake the funk!
