These were the entertainers that I snuck downstairs to watch on the Johnny Carson show when I was a kid and supposed to be asleep!!! The Dean Martin show was a favorite too! Sammy Davis Jr. was a multi talented man, “The Candy Man”!!! Makes me think of my parents as well. God bless them all. As a kid I always wondered about and hoped for the rest of America to be able to get along with each other the way the Rat Pack did!!! Different ethnicities that saw each others as equals!! We are still not there, I had hopes my generation was going to put an end to racism, sadly we did not! Now it seems we are going in the wrong direction once again!!!
