According to CBS News #YNWMelly’s new attorneys are trying to get the rapper out of jail pending his trial, citing the “emergence of additional evidence not previously considered.” In documents filed in court Wednesday evening, attorneys Carey Haughwout and Drew Findling argued Melly is entitled to an evidentiary hearing for bond due to a “change in circumstances”— the new evidence. Haughwout and Findling, however, didn’t detail what the evidence entailed.
