In the mind of some Christian’s, they will tell you that all gay people or everyone in the LGBT Community are all reprobates and can’t be saved by God. I also hear this from some when it comes to the Jews as well which is also a lie. Apparently, the blood of Christ isn’t strong enough to cleanse those in the LGBT Community. This is a dangerous mindset to have as a Christian. The same blood of Christ that saved you is the same blood of Christ that can save a gay person should they come to Him in repentance and believe in who He says He is. There is this Pharisee like mindset that says “I’m more holier than you” and “I deserve to be saved and gay people don’t.” What’s unfortunate is the hypocrisy surrounding these type of people. We know how Jesus felt about Pharisees. The blood of Christ can save anyone. Gay people are not excluded from the salvation of Christ. If you think like this, I question which Jesus you actually follow. We need to all check our hearts in the coming days, and come back to our First Love. This is part of the reason why I do what I do because those in the LGBT Community need to know that God loves them and His Son died for them. They also need to know that His kindness can and will lead them to repentance so they can come into their true identity in Him. May the Pharisees come to Christ in repentance. May those in the LGBT come to Christ in repentance. Time is running out…
