If you are not strictly American then you should strictly not have any rights in this nation because this is not where you hail from nor do you have allegiance to America so there’s no good reason why they should be extended any of the rights that only the American people have right to!

First off, the US Constitution applies to the government, NOT the people. It is a governing document laying out the restrictions of government, NOT the rights of people. Secondly, illegals have been afforded due process. As a matter of fact, most of them have been afforded due process far beyond the scope of government's authority laid out in the Constitution. People who blatantly broke the law were encouraged, aided, and ignored by government directly in contradiction to its duties as laid out in the Constitution. So not only have illegals been given due process through the immigration courts where the process is far different than it is for citizens, they have been given far more leeway than they had any right to be given. Government has ignored its duty to deport for so long people have come to expect extra privilege. We the People demand that it ends, now.
