I’ve had no drivers license for six years because I was labeled “ a risk to the public safety.” prior to that I drove for 12 years and drove excellent. Still do. Never a speeding ticket, never a dui, never been in an accident where I was in any fault in all 12 years until June 2020. Driving a rental car on an early morning and something suddenly happened that was something I never expected would but accidents happen. I’m sure a lot of people can relate. Although for me to get into an accident it was quite a shock. What came next was the biggest shock of my life. The police who arrived at the scene of my one car accident, no property damage (besides the rental which I had insurance that covered), no injuries. All sobriety test passed. Come Monday they serve me with a paper saying license suspended immediately and indefinitely….according to chapter 90 sec 22 they could legally do this says the ma legislation… I still don’t have a license..#ThatAuditTho🤔
