FAITH! My faith is a cornerstone of my life, guiding every action and decision I make. Living for the Lord is not just important; it is essential, as our beliefs shape our reality. When we claim to walk by faith rather than by sight, it prompts us to reflect on the foundation of that faith. For me, it rests firmly in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Therefore, when asked about what distinguishes me, I proudly affirm that it is my faith in Jesus that sets me apart from others. I hold a deep conviction that the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, as stated in 2 Timothy 3:16. I believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life (Luke 1:30-38). He sacrificed Himself on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended to the right hand of God the Father (Leviticus 17:11; Mark 16:19; Acts 2:33; 1 Peter 3:22; Psalm 110:1). I affirm that Jesus is the only path to salvation (John 14:6; Romans 10:9-10) and believe in His eventual return to triumph over evil (Revelation 20:7-9). Additionally, I have faith in the Holy Spirit (John 14:15-27). As we are blessed with another day, it is crucial to live in accordance with our beliefs. We must strive to embody the principles we proclaim, for a day will come when we will account for our actions and words. Therefore, let us remain steadfast in our faith and continue to seek the purpose that the Lord has for each of us.
