Richard is a little yorkie with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Around his foster home, he’s affectionately called “Shadow” because wherever you go, he’s usually right behind you, happy just being near his people. One of Richard’s favorite things is playtime with his foster sister. The two spend hours wrestling, chasing each other, and turning the house into their own little playground.
