The ancient Egyptians built their entire calendar around this star. When Sirius returned to the dawn sky, it announced the flooding of the Nile: water, grain, provision, the new year. Not a wish. A harvest they could count on. That is what 7/7 has always truly been , not an internet trend, but the season of the returning star. The old ones didn’t ask the sky for miracles. They watched it, and they prepared their houses for the flood. So here is a small working for the day of the star: 🕯️ At dusk, light one white candle. Face the east, where she will rise before dawn.
