South Point Casino is Unsafe For Service Dogs and Their Disabled Owners! South Point has refused to make acceptable arrangements to keep myself out my service dog safe on two separate occasions! They’ve harassed me, accessed me of false accusations, and are the end of the day humiliated me! I injured my shoulder worse than it already was because I had to make additional concessions for a situation that was already under control, but a patron encroached upon my service dogs space and pulled the chair I had protecting him up towards him and stated my service dogs just smell her dogs! I stated he’s a service dog as she approached him, she didn’t say anything and sat down where he was so I got angry and put a service light on. The security and slot tech took her side despite it creating an unsafe sieve for him and me having to go out of my way to create another area to keep him safe which in turn created an unsafe environment for customers and employees, as well as my service dog. Titan has worked to raise money for Veterans at the Poppy Drive every year, but due to my health we only go out maybe 2 times a month and that’s how a veteran dog gets treated! Someone who raises money for our veterans and takes care of others and wasn’t bothering anyone gets ostracized for being a service dog and needing a safe space in which the DOJ/ADA guidelines clearly states he has the right to be there! Yet security said customers have the right to play! So does that mean my service dog and I don’t???!!!??? Because we were kicked out right after the customer said they were going to get me kicked out and then the slot tech stated I said a racial slur, which was a total lie. They really should watch out when speaking languages others comprehend! Longs can be deceiving and lies can sink people’s careers! I wrong drop this case, especially since your security guards told me in order to get any more information I need legal counsel! Where’s a lawyer???
