Learning From the Best 🐾 Staff had the incredible opportunity to train with Tito, a fearful case, and learn from one of the very best, Cesar Millan. The experience brought even more knowledge, skills, and understanding of dog psychology to help us better serve the dogs who come into our care. At SPARC, we believe there is always more to learn. The best way to understand dogs is through hands-on experience—being shown, practicing, and actually doing the work. Every experience helps us grow and become better advocates for the animals we care for.
