Galatians 6:2 Paul tells us exactly what the Holy Spirit gives us as believers. Him in us, us in Him, in His presence. Unlimited gifts of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control are accomplished in us and to be used by us for His glory. We live by the Spirit, walk by the Spirit, our life is in God, we walk with our conduct controlled by the Spirit. These gifts are personal treasures to be used, given away…they come from an unlimited source, there’s no danger in running out. They’re to be a part of who we are in our everyday service to God. Paul encourages us to carry one another’s burdens, fulfilling, and observing perfectly the law of Christ… we’ve been given everything we need to do it. It begins with a Choice to be obedient…or not. It’s not complicated if we’ve given the Holy Spirit free rein in our lives. He alone gives us the power, the strength, the courage to accomplish God‘s will.
