I got laid off recently, and the anxiety of wondering how I’m going to buy groceries next week is physically making me sick. I was reading about Elijah in 1 Kings 17. A massive famine hits the land. God tells Elijah to go hide in the middle of a desolate ravine by a brook. There is absolutely zero food out there. But God makes a promise. He actually commands the ravens—which are unclean, greedy scavenger birds—to bring Elijah bread and meat every single morning and every single evening. God essentially used wild, selfish predators as Elijah's personal delivery service. If God can overrule the natural instincts of wild animals just to make sure His servant gets a hot meal, He can figure out a way to get you your groceries. Trust Him. #FinancialAnxiety #1Kings17 #GodProvides #Elijah #TrustTheProcess
