Tag Page Annoying

I got to the front of the DMV line, and this guy just cut me off

I actually managed to get a DMV appointment and show up right on time. My number was called as soon as I walked in. Everything was going perfectly for once. But this guy just walks right in. He completely cuts in front of me and walks up to the counter like it is nothing. He told the person he was there to renew his license. He did not even have an appointment.
