when all tests are normal but you still feel off

Anyone else dealing with persistent symptoms despite clean medical tests? After food poisoning 2 months ago, I've had ongoing chest tightness and weird sensations that multiple ER visits, EKGs, x-rays and bloodwork can't explain. Doctors suggest anxiety, but it feels so physical.
