Is This Buyer Legit or Am I Being Scammed?

I’m trying to sell my truck on Autotrader, and at first, everything seemed normal with this interested buyer. But things got weird when they asked me to get a VIN report from a site I’ve never heard of (gtlmotors.com) before meeting up. It made me uneasy—why not use a well-known service?
