Dreaming of a Unique Café Menu—Need Advice!

Hey everyone! I’m about to embark on a huge adventure: opening my own café. I have a vision for a menu that’s a bit out of the ordinary, filled with unique pastries and treats I’ve dreamed up. The catch? My kitchen space is tiny, so making everything in-house isn’t realistic. Ideally, I’d love to collaborate with a local bakery that could bring my ideas to life, but I know most bakeries have their own established menus and might not be open to custom requests. Has anyone managed to partner with a bakery for custom items? Or maybe found a company that specializes in outsourcing unique baked goods?
