The Bank Said My $100 Bill Was Fake. Is it?

So I went to the bank the other day and tried to deposit a one hundred dollar bill. The teller took a counterfeit pen and marked it. The mark did not turn black so they told me they could not accept it. They said they had never seen a bill like this and suggested I just try a bunch of different ATMs to see if one would take it. Honestly, I'm a little worried now. It seems like a perfectly normal bill to me but I do not want to get into any trouble. I have attached a few pictures.
