When your doctor finally believes you

After years of being dismissed and told it was 'just anxiety,' I broke down in tears today when my new doctor said: 'You have real symptoms. Just because I don't have answers doesn't mean there's nothing going on.' Validation shouldn't feel this rare in healthcare, but it does.
