Okay y'all so ima keep it sweet and simple. I grew up with a lot of trauma and unhealthy habits—porn, weed, tobacco, junk food, you name it. I quit it all, started yoga, art, and meditation. But even after all that, my body was still tense. Then someone told me about belly breathing. Y'all, I started crying every day in meditation. Like, real tears, but in a good way.
