Are My Birthday Party Expectations Too Much?

Lately, I've been wondering if my expectations for my kid's birthday party are out of line. I planned a small get-together at our local park, sent out invitations, and even made sure to ask about allergies for the snacks. But when only a couple of parents RSVP'd and some didn't even respond, I started to question myself. Am I being entitled for feeling disappointed? I just wanted my child to feel celebrated and included. Has anyone else felt this way when planning a party for their kids?
