Stephen Woz+FollowSay what you want, but the first Transformers movie is way better than I rememberedI was cleaning out my attic and found my old DVD of the first Transformers. I hadn’t seen it since the late 2000s, so I figured why not give it a spin. And honestly, It was so much better than I expected. The special effects are insane for that era, the Air Force scenes still hit hard, and the 2-hour runtime just flew by. I actually cared about the characters too — Shia LaBeouf was solid, and the chemistry with Megan Fox was killer. I don’t remember much about the sequels, but the first one really surprised me on rewatch. I think it gets dragged down by the reputation of the later films, but on its own, it’s just a really fun blockbuster. Anyone else had this experience rewatching it? #Transformers #Movies #MovieDiscussion #Nostalgia #BlockbusterNostalgia #SciFi 61Share
