Most folks are happy to share tips. 🔸 Don’t skip the basics: Start with compound lifts like squats and bench presses, track your progress with weekly photos, and always give yourself rest days. Your muscles need time to grow. Bodybuilding isn’t just about lifting heavy—your diet matters too.
