Underwear Debate: Briefs vs. Trunks vs. Boxer Briefs

Alright I'm on a mission to find truly comfortable underwear. I've always worn classic briefs. While they felt supportive when sitting, I found that EVERYTHING seemed to bunch up when standing or moving around. It just wasn't comfortable. So naturally I switched to boxer briefs, hoping for a better experience. However the legs kept riding up my thighs. This meant I was constantly adjusting them throughout the day, which was annoying. Now, I'm considering trunks as a possible solution. I'm wondering if they can avoid both the bunching of briefs and the riding up of boxer briefs. Has anyone here worn all three styles?
