Why we Americans Go So Hard for Breakfast?

Walking into a classic American breakfast spot, you’re hit with the smell of sizzling bacon, the clatter of plates, and a menu that could double as a small novel. There’s something relentless about the way the USA does breakfast—waffles, pancakes, omelets, hash browns, and bottomless coffee, all before noon. After traveling through Europe and Asia, it’s wild how rare it is to find a place outside North America that treats breakfast like a full-blown event. Most countries lean into bakeries or cafés, maybe a croissant or a bowl of noodles, but nothing that rivals the sheer scale of a diner’s breakfast menu. That’s a whole different beast. No restaurants will offer such a high-calorie breakfast, except for ours. Sometimes it feels like the rest of the world is missing out on this chaotic, greasy, and oddly satisfying ritual. #BreakfastCulture #AmericanDiners #Breakfast #Food

Calorie boom ➡️Protein Pancakes🥞💪

Protein pancakes are a game changer for anyone looking to start their day with a nutrient-packed meal. Lower calories, but high protein and the same good flavor! Just swapping out regular flour for protein powder. The process is straightforward: mix eggs, protein powder, baking powder, and water (or almond milk for extra fluffiness) until you get a thick, even batter. Pour into a hot, oiled skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip. The key is to keep an eye on the edges—they should be golden and set before you turn them. For a twist, mash in a banana or toss in some berries for natural sweetness and extra fiber. T op with nuts, fruit, or a sugar-free syrup to keep things balanced. These pancakes store well in the fridge for a couple of days, making them perfect for meal prep. Whether you’re fueling up for a busy morning or just want a healthier alternative to traditional pancakes, this recipe delivers on both taste and nutrition. #Healthy eating #ProteinPancakes #Breakfast #MealPrep #Food #Cooking

My cutie flower waffles for kids

I prepared my kids' breakfast for a week. The recipe is placed here: -100 grams of high-gluten flour -80 grams of low-gluten flour -35 grams of sugar -3 grams of yeast powder -60 grams of cream -55 grams of fresh milk -One egg for Chocolate🍫, add: -65 grams of low-gluten flour -15 grams of cocoa powder Other ingredients are the same as the original flavor. Method: 🧇 Put all ingredients except cream into the bread machine and start the "Quick Dough mode" or "bread dough mode". After the dough forms a ball, add the cream. 🧇 The quick dough mode already includes kneading and one rise for about 60 minutes. 🧇 When the dough is fully fermented, divide it into eight equal parts. 🧇 Fill with your favorite filling (meat floss cheese or chocolate beans). 🧇 Preheat the muffin machine, brush a layer of cream on it, bake for 3-4 minutes before taking it out! #Recipes #Cooking Techniques #Quick meal #Breakfast #Mom #Baking
