30-Minute healthy nutritious dinner

Rinse 2 cups of jasmine or brown rice until the water runs clear. Add to a pot with 4 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered until tender (15-20 min for jasmine, 40-45 min for brown). Let it rest for 5 minutes. While the rice cooks, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Toss in 1 lb thin-sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until just cooked through (about 5-6 min). Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp grated ginger. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add 2 cups broccoli florets. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Pour in 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional), and a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water) if you want a thicker sauce. Stir until glossy. Serve the stir-fry over your fluffy steamed rice. It’s so quick, healthy, and loaded with flavor! #QuickDinners #ChickenRecipes #BroccoliLovers #Food #Cooking

Steamed Broccoli and Mayo

Steamed broccoli tossed in mayo—never thought I'd see the day. My husband whipped this up during a lazy Sunday lunch, and I was skeptical. The combo sounds like a dare, but it actually tastes a lot like artichoke hearts, which threw me off in the best way. The broccoli stays crisp, the mayo adds a creamy tang, and somehow it just... clicks. #UnexpectedCombos #FoodSurprises #BroccoliLovers #Food
