benjaminmeyer+FollowThe haters are crying about my lifted truck but the only thing I hear is compliments.truckYou know when you think about getting a lifted truck you kind of prepare for people to hate on you. There is this idea that you will just get dirty looks all the time. But in the month since I got mine the experience has been totally different. I have gotten so many compliments. The best part is seeing kids get excited and yell things like "hammer down" just to hear it rumble. I am sure there are people who give sideways comments in traffic but they are not saying it to your face. Lifted trucks started out as a functional thing for a reason. I have a big Ram 5500 for my work and a lifted Jeep for my personal use. They are not just for show. They have a practicality to them too. I really do not care if some people want every car to have a ride height of a small wagon. The sort of people who take issue with what you enjoy driving enough to be meaningfully put off by it prefer the safety of a screen to speak. #LiftedTrucks #TruckLife #Cars #CarCulture #CarOwnership #WorkTruck #JeepLife #CarEnthusiast #PublicPerception #GoodVibes 11954Share

patrick16+FollowShould I snag my dad’s 2008 BMW 335i convertible for $8k? 😂My dad has babied his hard top convertible 335i since 2008. It has only 25k miles and has basically lived in the garage its whole life. He’s moving on to an S5 convertible and offered me this one for $8k. I already have an Allroad for daily driving so this would be a weekend toy for nice weather. I know the N54 engines have their quirks and I’m guessing some rubber and plastic bits might be showing their age even with low mileage. #BMW #CarEnthusiast #ConvertibleLife #CarAdvice #N54 #HelpMeChoose #Cars 2211Share

walkerjason+FollowV24 Engines: The Ultimate Power OverkillEver heard of a V24 engine? These beasts packed up to 2,400 horsepower and were so massive they were used in race planes and boats, not cars. Imagine 24 cylinders working together—wild, right? But here’s the catch: they’re super complex, heavy, and guzzle fuel like crazy. That’s why you won’t see them in your next ride. Modern tech lets smaller engines do more with less, making V24s a cool but impractical piece of history. #Cars #CarEnthusiast #EngineHistory30Share
