RadiantRogue+FollowFinancially Secure at 37 But Lost All Work Motivation 😩Hey everyone, I'm really struggling and need some perspective here. At 37, I've managed to build up a decent nest egg - about $1.5M in assets with my house half paid off. I'm still driving my reliable 2017 Honda and living pretty modestly. 🚗 Here's my problem: work feels completely meaningless now. I know I'm in a privileged position, but I can barely drag myself to the office anymore. The projects that used to excite me feel like busy work. I've been taking more vacations and trying new hobbies just to find some spark again. 😔 I see younger colleagues around me who seem so driven and hungry, and I wonder if I've just lost that fire. Part of me wants to coast, but I also feel guilty about checking out mentally when I still have years left in my career. Has anyone else hit this wall? How did you rediscover your purpose at work when money stopped being the main motivator? Really could use some wisdom here. 🙏 #JobCareer #CareerMotivation #WorkLifeBalance31Share
