So apparently it’s illegal to SLEEP in your car in these states 😅👇

I‘m doing some research about Florida’s new law recently and found out… if you’re into vanlife, RVing, or even just napping in your car on a road trip, you might be breaking the law without even knowing it, because it's illegal to sleep overnight in public spaces in Florida 😅 Of course there are “designated areas” where it’s allowed, but only if they have 24/7 security, working restrooms, mental health services, and approval from the state. Basically not easy to come by. And Florida isn’t alone. Other states aren’t super friendly either: North Carolina: 4-hour max at rest stops Tennessee: Only 3 hours 😵‍💫😵‍💫 New York: No sleeping in your car on public land, period Los Angeles & San Francisco: You’ll get fined if you sleep in your car anywhere public ... On the other hand not everywhere is this intense. States like Texas, Nevada, Montana, and Arizona are way more chill, and truck stops, some Walmarts, and BLM land are still good bets.
