Why Is There a Cat Wearing a Sweater in My Bed?
Okay, so I live alone. No roommates, no pets, not even a goldfish. This morning, I wake up to find a fluffy orange cat—wearing a tiny knitted sweater—curled up on my pillow. I don’t even like cats (don’t @ me), and I’m 99% sure my building doesn’t allow pets.
I checked my door. Locked. Windows? Also locked. No mysterious holes in the wall. Yet here’s this cat, purring like it owns the place and giving me the side-eye when I try to move it.
I posted in the building group chat, but no one’s missing a cat, let alone one with questionable fashion sense. Is this how pet ownership starts? You just wake up one day and the universe assigns you a cat?
If anyone’s missing a judgmental, sweater-wearing feline, please reclaim your fur overlord. Otherwise, I guess I have a roommate now.
