Do Chefs Even Sleep? My Mind Is Blown!

Watched the kitchen crew last night, and it’s wild how nonstop their shift is. There’s no pause—just constant chopping, yelling, and running from one end to the other. Plates flying out, tickets stacking up, and somehow, every dish looks perfect. I can’t wrap my head around how anyone keeps that pace night after night. Makes me rethink every complaint I’ve ever had about slow service. Respect to anyone who can handle that grind. #KitchenLife #ChefReality #BehindTheScenes #Food
