Here’s how I’m learning to break free (with God’s help): • I PRAY and ask God to help me stop chasing approval. His love is all I need. ❤️ • I set boundaries around my time and energy. If my cup’s empty, I can’t pour into others! • I remind myself: I’m here to please GOD, not people. Galatians 1:10 hits hard! • I’ve stopped apologizing for things that aren’t my fault. (Seriously, it’s freeing!) • I stand up for myself—even if it means a little conflict. Jesus did, too! • I remember: Serving God means caring for myself, too. I’m worthy of rest and respect. People pleasing is rooted in fear, but God’s love sets us free. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone.
