The audacity of letting your dog roam free in public!
So, last night I’m just putting out the recycling, and suddenly, out of nowhere, a gigantic German Shepherd is charging straight at me like a missile! 😳 I freeze because I have no idea if this dog is friendly or aggressive. It gets right in my space, sniffing and pawing at me, while I’m backing away, trying not to panic.Then, from the shadows, I hear some lady casually yell, “Don’t worry, she’s friendly!” But guess what? She’s still strolling towards us at grandma speed—no rush to get her dog under control.I asked her multiple times to recall her dog, but she just growls back and makes kissy noises like that’s gonna work. It’s ridiculous! Finally, I yell for her to leash her dog, and she gives me the dirtiest look before slowly dragging it away.This is why people should keep their dogs on a leash in public.
